Story Work Coaching

The stories we carry shape the lives we live.

Your story still shapes your life. The relationships you struggle with, the reactions you can't explain, the patterns you keep repeating. None of these exists in isolation. They are connected to the stories that shaped you. At Story Path, we help individuals and couples explore their stories with curiosity, compassion, and courage so they can move toward greater freedom, connection, and wholeness.

Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.

What we do

Your Story Matters More Than You Think

As Allender Center, Narrative Focused Trauma Care trained story-work coaches*, we recognize that the patterns you live today were shaped long before.

We offer Story-centered coaching, counseling, intensives, and groups for individuals and couples seeking healing, clarity, and deeper connection.

The framework

Story. Witness. Integrate.

We create a space where that story can be heard, honored, and explored with curiosity and care. As hidden connections emerge and deeper understanding takes root, what once felt fragmented can begin to move toward integration, freedom, and connection.

  1. 01

    Story

Your life is made up of stories. Memories, even traumas. We help create a path and a space where you can share these to begin the healing process.

  2. 02

    Witness

Your story deserves an empathetic witness. Someone who can enter it with you, with care and curiosity, and offer the experience of being deeply seen, heard, and understood. Often for the first time.

  3. 03

    Integrate

Your stories, your past has shaped you. Our work isn't just to be an archaeologist of the past, but to understand how those stories and themes are playing out in your life today and help you find new freedom and contentment.

The first step is a conversation.

Tell us a little about what you're carrying. We will help match you with the best story work coach and take the next steps on your Story Path
